    Tensor networks for machine learning and neural network quantum states

Abstract
In this talk we will discuss an interesting exchange of how tools from many-body quantum physics can support classical machine learning, and how machine learning tools can be used many-body quantum physics. In particular we will show how matrix product operators can be used for sequence-to-sequence learning with applications from cellular automata to process tomography, and we will also show how neural networks can be used to represent the time evolution of many-body quantum systems.
