    Photonic qubit unidirectional router and spin-wave diode

Abstract
The efficient unidirectional routing of photonic qubits plays a pivotal role in both classical and quantum information processing domains. However, synthesizing qubit unidirectional router and spin-wave diode remains elusive. Here, the multi-level neutral cold atoms can mediate both dissipative and coherent couplings. Interestingly, this method can be investigated and practically implemented in experiments, successfully synthesizing a system with dual functionality as both a photonic qubit unidirectional router and a spin-wave diode. The coherent coupling and dissipative channel can be effectively balanced by manipulating the helicity of the field, thereby ensuring the unidirectional transfer of photonic qubits. Furthermore, the spin-wave diode can effectively achieve unidirectional information transfer by appropriately setting the coherent coupling parameters. This method enables the establishment of extensive quantum networks and serves as a pivotal component in chiral topological photonics, chiral networks, and unidirectional quantum information transfer.
